Cancellation & Return

All orders go through a  quality check before shipping. However, in the unlikely event of you having received a damaged product, please notify us at sales@labelearthen.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags intact if applicable. It must also be in the original packaging.

As a policy we do not offer refunds on purchased orders. Refunds are only processed based on errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within ten days of initiation.
